Here at Little M, it’s all about the experience, not just a bed

Today’s world is a whirlwind of busy-ness: overwork, overconsumption, technology, social media… A never ending overload to our senses. When was the last time you gave yourself permission to stop? Just stop! Listen. Think. Look around you? When was the last time you had a picnic? Paddled in cold water? Felt the grass between your toes? Or the sand? When did you last really experience the wind in your hair? The rain on your face? Take a stroll through the woods? Study the trees? Talk to the birds? Nature is all around us and yet we’ve grown to shut it out. To almost exist without it, like an old friend we’ve grown bored of… We invite you to come and stay in one of our spaces, get reacquainted with and rekindle your love of life, of nature, of yourself.

Absolutely stunning. We stayed in the round & round cabin for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a better time. Everything is perfectly laid out, calm and quiet, sustainably built and easy to use. The lands surrounding are beautiful, though I'd reccomend taking a car with good ground clearance to get up the lane to the site, it's a tight lane with a high central verge, but we managed in a hatchback. Huw & Bernice were an absolute pleasure and very lovely, and we'll definitely be back; couldn't reccomend it highly enough!

We stayed for 3 Nights in Round n Round. We were so relaxed and cosy sitting around the log burner. Everything was thought about and the wee shop was incredibly handy. Bernice and Huw were very sweet and always happy to help. They even baked us bread which was amazing! There were country walks you could do straight from the front door, and driving to the coast took no time at all.We will almost definitely be revisiting, can't recommend it enough.

We stayed at Round n Round for 3 nights and it was amazing. Despite the wet weather we still managed to explore Menherion’s field with the hosts Bernice and Huw’s recommendations and advice. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and we loved the ceiling window above the bed to view the stars. Thanks for such an amazing stay, we can’t recommend it enough 🙂

We've had an amazing stay and experience at Round n Round. This place is so comfy, very relaxing and rejuvenating. R & R is not just for the eyes, but also, art and love for the nature. The hosts, Bernice and Huw, gave us a warm welcome, kindness and generosity. They have given us the perfect escape from the city. we are beyond grateful and cannot wait to come back soon! Not to forget their lovely companions: Tux, Brady and Pan.

We stayed for the BH weekend in Aug this year and had a lovely time in the Log Jam at Little M. From the moment you arrive and drive down the farm track you are leaving the traffic behind and immersed in nature and peace and quiet. On arrival at Little M we were greeted by the lovely and friendly owners Huw and Bernice, not to mention their 2 very friendly and playful dogs, Brady & Tux. Down the grassy path you find over a steam Log Jam tucked in its own corner of the woods. The whole experience enables you to switch off, it takes a little while to get used to the fact things take a little longer if you're going to cook on the wood stove or camp fire, but once you realise thats part of the fun, to relax and just switch off rather than trying to run around like normal. One of the favourite evenings was making dinner from the local produce which can be bought from the 'Wee shop' on site, picked from their own garden the freshness could be tasted, using the dutch oven on the campfire with the sun setting was one of the highlights. We enjoyed our 3 days at the Log Jam and think a return visit for the round house looks a lot of fun too.The local area is very nice, with a local pub a short walk from the end of the lane and being able to explore areas further to the end of Cornwall was a nice change.Take time to relax and switch off in the middle of 'everywhere' 🙂

Arriving at Logjam at Little Menherion was a complete birthday surprise and it has turned out to be genuinely the best weekend away I’ve ever had. The place is special in a way that can’t be described and only experienced for yourself. It’s wonderful! Huw and Bernice are wonderful hosts and have clearly put their everything into creating somewhere very special. I couldn’t recommend it more! Thank you x

Staying at the magical Little Menherion with its two beautiful cabins comes very highly recommended! Bernice and Huw were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet Brady and Tux.I stayed at Log Jam and spent most mornings on the swing with a delicious breakfast of pastries which came from the quirky Wee Shop located not far from the cabin. It was idyllic staying at Log Jam and little touches including the beautiful decor, cosy fireplace, vintage typewriter, not forgetting to mention the secret door, really made my stay perfect. There is also plenty of information detailing local shops or the best places to visit. My stay was cosy and peaceful. I was stunned by the abundance of nature and the views at Little Menherion. There is something magical in the air at Log Jam and in Cornwall. It really was a very special experience.

We stayed in the Round n Round cabin for our honey moon in July. It was a wonderful experience, being able to sit outside and be still in the quiet of the meadow. Huw and Bernice were the most amazing hosts who helped make the stay extra special, they gave us the opportunity to carve our own spoons and shared ideas of local attractions. SO MUCH FUN. Would defo recommend!!

Stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful cabin, very secluded and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and they had great dogs!
We had a fantastic 3 nights in the Log Jam cabin amongst the trees. Bernice and Huw the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. A ‘wee shop’ kept us supplied on site! Would highly recommend

We started our honeymoon by staying at Round n Round, and could not have had a more perfect beginning to our adventure. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, with lovingly thought out and hand-crafted details. The cabin had everything that we needed and we found ourselves opting to stay in rather than exploring the local area as it was so beautiful and calm, although we did take the trip to the Minack Theatre for a show, which we would also highly recommend! We met the owners, Bernice and Huw, as well as their animal companions on a couple of occasions during our stay. Such lovely people with brilliant ideas for their site, thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We WILL be back!!

We have just returned from spending Easter weekend at Round n Round and what a beautiful place it is. Bernice and Hew are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation was beautifully designed, with a quirky interior, it was clean and set the scene for a relaxing weekend away. The pub is within walking distance which serves good food and even had live music on the Friday evening. The location was ideal for exploring different parts of Cornwall. We had a nice relaxing time away and would thoroughly recommend to others 🙂
