What a beautiful five days at Round n Round! We loved our walk from St Agnes to Chapel Porth on the cliffs and coffee @CanteenCornwall as well as a chilly but awesome swim at Carn Marth quarry pool! We loved cooking on the indoor and outdoor fires and can recommend a fresh herb pot from Huw & Bernice! Below is one of our recipes ❤️
For a Swallows and Amazons adventure we recommend Trelissick – see walk 19 in the Wild Swimming book. Was a little cold for a dip so we’ll have to come back later for one!

BBQ Corn with ginger, peanut & chilli (VE)
1- Mix together 50g crunchy peanut butter, 80ml coconut milk, 30ml lime juice, 1.5tbsp soy sauce, 2.5cm ginger grated, 1 red chilli chopped, 10g chopped chives (coriander would work too)
2 – Coat the corn in a bowl with some oil & sea salt and pop on the BBQ/fire for 4/5 mins until its charred to your liking 😋
3 – Pour the sauce over the cooked corn & enjoy!!!
