Thank you for opening your home and space to us. We’ve had a wonderful relaxing few days (which was MUCH needed!)
We’ve felt constantly snoozy with the fire, the sound of the leaves and rain, and the low lighting… we regularly lost track of time with no electronics, and have slept so well.

There is a story out there somewhere written about ancient English woods and their secrets. In New Zealand we have a similar anthology. Romanians too. Endlessly we all search for the land, most of us just don’t know it! The world would be a better place if we all did… This place is like a premonition Sometimes, its hard to imagine a world without such places but if we get it wrong, we might be the last to know them. We’ve had an incredible few days, simply just being without the noise + hustle everyday life brings. It’s given us some much needed peace to replenish and recharge – thank you for creating such a tranquil, comfortable and natural space that we can just simply ‘be in’. The late night candle drop off will always make us smile 😁. We leave here with happy memories and our cup a bit fuller. With mum love and best wishes with your plans for 2023 – and we hope to see you all again soon.

When arriving at our destination we were welcomed by the lovely Bernice & Huw and of course the sweet pets Tux, Brady and Pan who were also happy to have new guests and lots of strokes 🐾. Walking through the land to find our home for the weekend was bliss. Arriving at Round n Round was something out of a fairy tale. It was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it any justice. The attention to detail is just impeccable, the lengths Bernice & Huw went to to make something so magical is incredible ꩜ . We enjoy our wild camping in a tent but this was just on another level.
We spent most of our time at the RnR for some well needed RnR to celebrate Anthony’s birthday. We had a couple of trips out mostly for a bit of food shopping. Took a drive to Porthleven harbour (what a lovely place) Make sure you try Philps Pasties, they are to die for! Couple little handmade shops, very worth a look around.
Anthony cooked up a lovely stew, ribeye steak and veg. Rosemary lamb shoulder with red wine & veg. Dutch oven one-pot wonder. Enjoyed some spoon carving next to the fire thanks to Huw for lending us some tools. Was a great experience for us to share as a couple.

We are lucky enough to live in beautiful Cornwall so our stay at Log Jam was a retreat for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We spent hours upon hours reading, playing games, chatting, cooking and spending quality time together. The cabin is just the most tranquil and gorgeous spot, and we’ve just loved how nature is all around you, whether you are inside or out. We will forever cherish these memories. Thanks Bernice & Huw, this place is amazing.

We had such an amazing time in the ‘magical’ place. Such a warm & cozy stay, a perfect ‘hideaway’ from all the hustle & bustle. To wake up every morning to the sun shining through the trees was ‘bliss’. We loved how you’ve created this beautiful place with pretty little things. All of these add so much ‘life’ to this place. Me and Hari had a wonderful time curling up on the couch with a cup of tea, reminiscing about good old days and how much we want to come back to this place again. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the most perfect honeymoon. Round n Round is such a beautiful, special place. Everything has been thought through and it honestly couldn’t be better! We loved the books and the games, the hammock and the loo reading, and especially the wood burning stove. We’ve had the best time and want to live here! We really love how eco-friendly & sustainable everything is – very inspiring! We couldn’t have had a better honeymoon.
